"I wasn't expecting much with this powder tbh lol, but it definitely took me by surprise! It is very finely milled, non-drying, and smoothing. I have medium-dark skin and was worried about the colour but it is truly translucent and does not have any white flash back. I have accepted that my under-eyes will always crease no matter what, and this powder is no exception to it; however I have noticed that it doesn't worsen or accentuate this compared to other drugstore and high-end powders I have used. I can't vouch for the ""cooling"" effect as I didn't feel that but this still deserves 5/5 stars. This definitely needs more attention!!"
