Get The Look: Day to Night

Heading out straight after work? If you don’t have time to start your full face of makeup all over again, then we’re here to show you how to easily transition from a fresh and natural daytime look, to an easy glam look perfect for heading out for the night!

Your day makeup is all about being fresh-faced and radiant - without looking like you’re wearing too much makeup.

Here are our favourite steps for creating the ultimate daytime makeup look:

Create an ultra-hydrated base perfect for makeup application with the Skin Quencher Primer + Moisturiser
Apply the BB Cream with a brush or sponge to create a fresh and flawless canvas.
Conceal any under eye circles or imperfections using Skin Renew Ceramide Concealer.
Use the Absolute Brow Pencil to groom, shape and fill in the brows.
Sweep the Make Em Blush Pressed Mineral Blush across the apples of the cheeks. This flush of colour will instantly make you look more awake and give a youthful effect to the complexion.
Using the Brilliant Skin Bronzer & Illuminator Duo, dust the bronzer around the perimeter of the face, cheekbones and jawline to add dimension to the face. Then, apply the highlighter to the tops of the cheekbones for a radiant glow.
Using your favourite Eye See You 6 Shade Eyeshadow Palette, apply the medium matte shade all over the lid and blend the edges. Then, use the lighter matte shade to highlight the brow bone.
Coat lashes in the Beyond Amplifying Mascara. This tubing formula is one of our favourites for creating bold, fluttery lashes without any smudging!
Apply your favourite shade of Lip Boost Plumping Lip Treatment to nourish and plump the lips.

The transition to night time makeup is all about adding a bit of glam.

Here are our favourites to add to your daytime look that will have you out the door in ten minutes!

Add some coverage with the Matte Velvet Foundation. The satin-matte finish is the perfect base for a more glam look!
Again choosing a favourite shade of Eye See You 6 Shade Eyeshadow Palette, add your chosen colour over the lid, blending into the crease as you go to add even more definition to the eyes. Finish by adding a pop of shimmer to the inner corners of the eyes and blending outwards.
Apply the Pigment Plus Water Resistant Retractable Eyeliner along the upper lash line to define.
Go even more glam with a pair of lashes and top the lash line with the Streamliner Cream Gel Eyeliner for a seamless finish.
Finish off with your favourite DB lip colour. We love our Lip Stix Creamy Lip Crayon for a nourishing creamy finish and pigmented colour.
