Print two copies of the returns form we email to you (keep one for your records).
Step 3:
Post the remaining product to us no later than 45 days from date of purchase with the original store receipt and a signed copy of the DB returns form to:

1. Money Back Guarantee can only be applied for on this website.
2. Application Form, remaining product and original receipt must be returned to DB Cosmetics to be eligible for your money back
3. Application forms:
a. must be fully completed and lodged on this website;
b. printed form must be signed and returned with product and receipt;
c. will not be processed, returned or acknowledged if incomplete or incorrect.
d. will only be valid for use with cosmetic items only.
4. DB Cosmetics product:
a. must be returned with application form & purchase receipt;
b. must have at least 50% of the contents remaining.
5. Proof of purchase (original store receipt with item circled) must be returned.
6. One refund of one product only per family at any one address.
7. Refund must be applied within 7 days of purchase.
8. Refund Payments will be made:
a. for the amount on the original purchase receipt or RRP, whichever is less;
b. by refund to a Visa, Master Card or EFT to an Australian or New Zealand Bank account only, as per the details on the application form;
c. no cheques or other forms of refund will be used
d. within 60 days of receipt of application form, product and purchase receipt
e. postage costs will not be refunded.
