How do I join DBnation?
If you are already a DB Cosmetics customer and have made a purchase from our website, you will automatically be enrolled into the DBnation Loyalty & Rewards Program. Simply log in to access your rewards.
If you are new to DB Cosmetics, you can sign up for an account on our website here or by using your email address or Shop App details. Once your account is created, you’ll be automatically enrolled in DBnation by DB Cosmetics.
How does DBnation Rewards work?
Your DBnation level is based on your total online spend within a 12-month period, starting from the day you join the Loyalty Program. For previous shoppers, the eligibility start date is from 19 September 2025.
Purchases made on the DB Cosmetics website count towards your tier.
What information do I need to join DBnation?
To create a DBnation account, you’ll need to provide your email address. For purchases, you’ll also be asked for your name, phone number, and billing address.

What are the DBnation levels?
DBnation by DB Cosmetics levels are based on your total spend within a 12-month period:
- DUPEhunter: $0 – $150
- DUPEenthusiast: $150 – $300
- DUPEstar: Over $300
As you level up, you’ll unlock bigger perks, bonus points, and exclusive rewards designed to make your beauty obsession even more rewarding.
How do I know which level I am in?
Log in to your account and check the Rewards page to see your tier, points balance and rewards.
How do I level up?
As soon as your spend passes the next threshold, you’ll move up within 48 hours. Your level is reviewed annually based on your rolling 12-month spend.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points are valid for 12 months from the date you earned them.
Can I redeem more than one reward per order?
No. Rewards can’t be stacked or combined with other discount codes, offers, or sale items. Only one reward can be applied per order.
Can I use my DBnation rewards in store?
Currently, DBnation rewards are only available for purchases made online in Australia. We’re working on expanding soon – stay tuned!
What happens if I return products?
If you return an item, the corresponding points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your DBnation balance.
What if I used guest checkout?
Purchases made using guest checkout don’t count towards your DBnation spend. If you accidentally checked out as a guest, reach out to our Customer Care team.
We can add the points from your order to your account, but guest purchases won’t contribute to your tier level.
Does my membership expire?
No – once you’ve joined, your membership never expires. Each year, your level is reviewed to reflect your spend over the past 12 months.
How do I log in to my DBnation account?
You can login to your DBnation Account just be logging in to your DB Cosmetics Account. Click DBnation Rewards in the navigation to see your rewards page.
What benefits will I receive as a DBnation member?
Every purchase earns you points (1 point for every $1 spent), which you can redeem for rewards once you hit 100 points.
As you climb the tiers, your perks stack up, from birthday treats and bonus points to early access, member-only comps, double-points days, and even free shipping at the top tier.
How do I redeem my DBnation rewards?
Eligible rewards appear automatically at checkout when you’re logged into your account – no codes required.
How do I maintain my level?
Your level is based on your spend over the past 12 months. To remain in DUPEenthusiast or DUPEstar, your rolling spend must continue to meet that level’s threshold.
How long do I have to redeem a DBnation reward?
Points are valid for 12 months from when they are earned. Birthday rewards are valid for 30 days. Each reward will display it's expiry date in your account by clicking Rewards History.
Why am I not receiving DBnation emails?
You may not have provided us with permission to send you marketing emails. Please contact us or opt in to emails by signing up here or in the footer of the website.
Can I redeem multiple rewards in the same order?
No. Rewards cannot be stacked or combined. One reward can be applied per transaction
How long will it take for my spend to update after a purchase?
Your points balance and spend usually update within 48 hours of purchase.
Are there any exclusions on earning points?
You can earn points on all purchases with the exception of sale items.
Do my previous purchases count towards DBnation?
No. Only purchases made after you join DBnation will count towards your points balance and tier level. DBnation officially launched on 19 September 2025, so spend from this date onwards is included in your rewards journey.
Will there be updates to DBnation Loyalty & Rewards?
Yes, DBnation Loyalty & Rewards may be updated from time to time. Please note, we reserve the right to make changes at any time without prior notice.
