If you are already a DB Cosmetics customer and have made a purchase from our website, you will automatically be enrolled into the DBnation Loyalty & Rewards Program. Simply log in to access your rewards.

If you are new to DB Cosmetics, you can sign up for an account on our website here: https://www.dbcosmetics.com.au/pages/rewards or by using your email address or Shop App details. Once your account is created, you’ll be automatically enrolled in DBnation by DB Cosmetics.

Your DBnation level is based on your total online spend within a 12-month period, starting from the day you join the Loyalty Program. For previous shoppers, the eligibility start date is from 19 September 2025.

Purchases made on the DB Cosmetics website count towards your tier.

To create a DBnation account, you’ll need to provide your email address. For purchases, you’ll also be asked for your name, phone number, and billing address.

DBnation by DB Cosmetics levels are based on your total spend within a 12-month period:

• DUPEhunter: $0 – $150
• DUPEenthusiast: $150 – $300
• DUPEstar: Over $300

As you level up, you’ll unlock bigger perks, bonus points, and exclusive rewards designed to make your beauty obsession even more rewarding.

Log in to your account and check the Rewards page to see your tier, points balance and rewards.

As soon as your spend passes the next threshold, you’ll move up within 48 hours. Your level is reviewed annually based on your rolling 12-month spend.

Yes, points are valid for 12 months from the date you earned them.

No. Rewards can’t be stacked or combined with other discount codes, offers, or sale items. Only one reward can be applied per order.

Currently, DBnation rewards are only available for purchases made online in Australia. We’re working on expanding soon – stay tuned!

If you return an item, the corresponding points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your DBnation balance.

Purchases made using guest checkout don’t count towards your DBnation spend. If you accidentally checked out as a guest, reach out to our Customer Care team.

We can add the points from your order to your account, but guest purchases won’t contribute to your tier level.

No – once you’ve joined, your membership never expires. Each year, your level is reviewed to reflect your spend over the past 12 months.

You can login to your DBnation Account just be logging in to your DB Cosmetics Account. Click DBnation Rewards in the navigation to see your rewards page.

Every purchase earns you points (1 point for every $1 spent), which you can redeem for rewards once you hit 100 points.

As you climb the tiers, your perks stack up, from birthday treats and bonus points to early access, member-only comps, double-points days, and even free shipping at the top tier.

Eligible rewards appear automatically at checkout when you’re logged into your account – no codes required.

Your level is based on your spend over the past 12 months. To remain in DUPEenthusiast or DUPEstar, your rolling spend must continue to meet that level’s threshold.

Points are valid for 12 months from when they are earned. Birthday rewards are valid for 30 days. Each reward will display it's expiry date in your account by clicking Rewards History.
